Job Description / Responsibility
- The incumbent will be responsible to ensure that the brands, products, product lines and services that fall under their assigned responsibilities are well executed from conception to commercialization and those are aligned to resonate ideas into execution with existing and potential customers. They will also regularly meet healthcare professionals, arranging CMEs, programs and events ensuring knowledge based customer support for making strong professional & business relationship with the target customers. They should also furnish field colleagues’ professional sales & marketing skills and expertise to achieve the company’s vision, mission and objective establishing the brand with long-term and short-term goal through customer-centric strategies ensuring organic growth of the assigned brands
- B Pharm/ M Pharm from any reputed university
Additional Job Requirements
- Fresh but 2-3 years experience in relevant position is preferable
- Willingness to listen, learn and lead the field colleagues
- Ability to think creatively and innovatively
- Familiarity with the latest trends, technologies and medical knowledge
- Eagerness to travel around the country and overseas tour for professional purpose
