Khwaja Yunus Ali University is a private university, the functioning of which was approved by the Government of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh and the University Grants Commission (UGC) of Bangladesh. KYAU is located in a village, Enayetpur, Sirajgonj. Established in 2012, the university was named after Khwaja Yunus Ali (R), the greatest saint of the sub-continent.
At the moment the university offers 15 undergraduate and 10 Masters Programs from the permanent Academic building right on the bank of the River Jamuna. The academic building is 60,000 sq. feet, and with separate residential facilities for the students, staff, and faculty members within a well-organized, large, picturesque campus, the Khwaja Yunus Ali University is rapidly expanding in infrastructural and academic perspectives and persistently trying to translate its noble vision into reality.
